Middle school parents are invited to Back to School night on Wednesday, Aug. 30 at the middle school. They will follow a shortened version of their child’s daily routine.

At 5:57 p.m., parents will go to their child’s first period class and then change classes every 10 minutes. Teachers will be sharing information about their classroom procedures, such as standards and benchmarks, grading, routine class work, textbooks, homework, and how parents can be teachers too. Classroom visits will take place 5:57 to 7:41 p.m.

On Wed. Aug. 30, students will bring home their schedules, a map of the school and the bell schedule. Bring these with you that evening. If your child is absent on this day, pick up a copy at the office that evening.

At 5:30 p.m., there will be a Camp Loma Mar Fundraiser, selling tri-tip sandwiches for $7, and chips for $1. There will also be a music program fundraiser, selling dessert and drinks for $1.

Yearbook will be available for order, for $30, plus $5 personalized with a name. Student body cards will be available for $5.
